Me First, Final Gambit and Spiky Shield not working properly

-When Me First is used, the game just says "but there was no target!" -Final Gambit seems to just do a couple damage every time and doesn't make your poke faint. -Spiky Shield does no damage against contact moves.

In 1.2.3 I saw a similar but not exactly the same bug with Final Gambit. The Staraptor in Erebus Gym used it on me, it definitely went first, did probably 5 damage to my Rotom, but still caused the Staraptor to faint.
