Tileset Parameter is incorrect?

(I have tried redownloading the core/etc. to no avail)
Every time I try to extract my files and such, I get to 99% and then an error comes up.
"0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect." Showing the Tilesets folder as well, I'm not sure what to do! I read the FAQ and decided to post here, any help would be lovely.
Use a program like 7-zip or winzip to extract.
