My save file

So my save file got corrupted and now I can't continue playing the game from where I left off.I tried using the backups but they are not backups for my save file and I can't revert to a previous version.What can I do to restore my save file ? I was playing up until the point where you challenge Taen for the 3rd time and have yet to beat him.
