Items disappearing from secret base from another POV

A couple of items in my secret base are disappearing.

After I placed an item, uploaded my base to the server and go to view it on my other account an item or 2 keeps disappearing. When I try to fix it the item that disappears is always in the same place. I found this whilst I was testing something I was doing.

It is fine from my POV but from another accounts POV the item is not there.
