Script Error Event

I am currently at the point where i am supposed to save the second Auger from the cultists in Telnor Town. However, after the dialogue is done and it transitions into a battle, the error screen that pops up is what is attached.

I've went through the new patch twice now, but I still cant find the transition bit map.
