Sonata City Eastern Stairs

The stairs by the eastern entrance of Sonata City do not function correctly. If you go up the stairs on the lower half, and back down in the same part of the stairs, you will not end up in the same place. If you don't understand what I'm saying, just try going up and then down the stairs on the southern half of the stairs.
