Vipik Gym Next target East Helios City

Unless ingame maps are with the Southern direction pointed upwards, Helios city is situated West of Vipik City. Even if the maps are with the Southern direction upwards, I'd suggest changing it. While true you're supposed to head East after finishing the Gym to progress, it's confusing as now.
