You should add more features to the randomiser, namely randomised abilities and movesets. Also options for things like keeping major opponents signature pokemon or at least guaranteeing they have a mega. Also the nuzlocke should enforce the 1 pokemon per area rule (or have it seperate) but with dupes and shiny clauses on.
