Broken game

The game loads and i can press space twice to go past the loading screens, and then i can choose the lighter or darker story, when i do it breaks and says it cant load a certain arrow graphic and closes. That's one of the problems, the second is that all the screens i can get to have no textures, just pure black and pure with, then black again to choose the story... please help i really want to play this game
