Game Crash After Loss

I checked and saw one similar to this, but didn't explain it well, so I thought id reiterate.

I was battling a wild Darkrai in a randomiser and ran out of pokeballs trying to catch it. My last pokemon was a delta Luxio named Midnight. I sent out midnight, but he was already asleep from a previous battle and fainted due to bad dreams. I figured I could go heal at the pokemon center and continue, but the game crashed after Midnight fainted. This is the second time it happened to me. The first time, I was reset from after the first gym all the way to the tournament with Nora at Midna Town. Its very frustrating. Can someone please fix this?

had same thing happen to me running newest version as of march 28, 2016 when battling any wild pokemon and any team faints game crashes i just want to end my nuzlocke challenge without starting all over
