Game crashes after picking starter

Former user created an issue

I sped through the dialogue in the Light version of the story and walked to the first pokeball on the table. The game crashed when I selected it.

Couldn't test the Dark version because of the bug that stops the player from moving.

    For me it froze before I chose my starter. Thankfully I saved beforehand so I could just start back at the lab next time I start the game.
