Magmar HA is not there in friend safari.

i spent 8 hours totaly thinking I have bad luck, but I found 3 shiny in Dirk safari before i asked on discord. three other people said that they did not found magamar with vital spirit so i think its not there. kindly fix this in next patch. thank you for best game,.
