Abyssal Cultist Bug (Story Skip Bug)

Hello guys I was recently playing the game as I was at the quest Find the hideout of the Abyssal Cultist. I dived through the water found the blue gate but my mew didnt got the ability to transform me but I do remember that the guy gave it the DNA to me from the hair. However so I went back to Sonata City and from there I used the taxi back to Kepler City. Funny fact it was not raining anymore and the cave hole to Nasca Town was open. I went to Nasca town the story kept going but I'm missing a big quest and a Badge cause i didn't battled the Gym leader in Kepler.

Did somebody tried this before *
