Route 9's hidden grotto seems to be glitched

Every time I go to the hidden grotto the pokemon/item is invisible. I only found this out after I got an item there (can't remember the item it was). But this time I tried it and I got a delta Scraggy, which is the last thing I got from a hidden grotto, but it was in Murk Forest, and it's not supposed to be in Route 9. Something's definitely wrong here. I just want a delta Combee... :c A video is attached showing the Delta Scraggy appearing in the hidden grotto of Route 9.
