Game Start: Automatic Typing?

I just downloaded the game today, but I can get pass the naming. I know all you do is just type your character's name, but the game just automatically uses random letters from the keyboard. I can type, but as soon as I type one letter it enters a different letter (or letters) at the same time (Ex. Trying typing Mechonis, it'd just do this MJJjjjjkkg). I have re-downloaded the client multiple types with no luck.

And I know it's not my own computer because, I'd be losing control of what I'm currently writing. Could someone at least explain or check the error?
