problem opening the game

I locate the game. There are two files when I extract the pokemon insurgence 1.1.7. ONe is the _macosx and the other is pokemon insurgence 1.1.7. Idont know how to open. I have played the game many times earlier version 1.1.2 or something which my friend gave me. Please help me solve the issue.
