sprites and names wild pokemons don't watch

I'm a new player that i try playing this game, but I find bug wich it don´t me watch sprites and names wild pokemons, I only watch missigno and ?????? in your name when i try battle with wild pokemon. cuold you help me with it? thank you for your time!!
