Crash, Data Loss, Sad Me
I don't know if this would be in minor or major, but I was in Route 3, training for Nora (only my Delta Charmeleon) when I got the reporter call thingy (idk what it's called) with the Delta Grimer, so I went there, but I forgot about the Poke Balls and I wanted to catch it, since it was a Delta, so I went ahead and just used Scratch for a while. I almost managed to faint it, but I managed to faint myself, and... It crashed. The last time I saved was in Cyan Cavern, near the 1st ladder, on the 2nd floor, and I got to the Pokemon Center. Is there a way to revert it back? Here's my team when I crashed (my full one):

I also got an Onix, which is currently right now fresh from the cave (I think Cyan Cavern). I was at the point of the story right before Nora's 2nd battle (in Metchi Town). Do you think you can fix it?
