game crashes when pressing start in menu screen

sadly, i was never able to play Pokemon Insurgence because it simply does not work in my PC (Windows 10). I tried the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) trick several times, game always crashes as soon as i press start in the menu screen. The strange thing is, i can play Omicron/Zeta game fine, using the same DEP trick, but i never got to work Insurgence, and i have no idea why. I tried using the Launcher and problem persists. Any suggestions?
