Stuck between stairs and a pnj

I have a glitch problem. I am indeed stuck in the stairs just being a PNG (after loosing against August Rayquaza, I have made my way up, through the blackmarket and using the path I have used so as to come there the first time). When I arrive to the top, I am stock between the PNG and the stairs has you can see on the screen. I can't come back or move up or down, and i can't pass through the PNG (literally) . I've try to use P to reset the map, and move after that but it didn't work. I was in autosave mode, so I can't even have a other save to back up (I simply start every time here in the stairs). I have no memory chamber, and I've try to refresh, i can't . When I moove to the left, it is said "I shouldn't leave know".
