Logging out of PC crashes game (Playing on Macbook)

Hi, when I use any PC the same error occurs saying "The program Game.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close". After logging out of a PC, the game always crashes. Have tested in Pokemon centres and the Daycare same results. Can anybody help? Playing on El Capitan
