Delta Burgmite Flees

once i had finished taking on Taen and got Tesseract, i started exploring for Delta Burgmite. When i found the flame and used the ability to bring the pokemon out. i saved and then fought it. However, the moment i had my delta gallaide use falls swipe and it hit 1 hp, a messege popped up saying burgmite ran away and it disapeared imediately and completely. reloading the game didn't work as when it booted back up, the flame was missing :/. if anyone else has had an issue like this, hope my report at least helps bring the issue to light.
