Error "incompatible marshal file format"

So I've been able to download the game in the past with no problem. I uninstalled the game for a while, then reinstalled. Now I can't open it without getting these error messages... I've tried downloading with and without the launcher, deleting everything then redownloading, etc... It seems to download fine but won't open at all. I don't know what's going on?
