Trading error

My friend and I recently attempted to trade after the servers were back up. It worked completely fine for me but when she tried, the screen was completely blank for her. She typed in my username right and everything. We even switched between typing in our users first, but it was still completely blank for her.

I would like for this problem to be solved ASAP, considering how annoying and time-consuming this problem is. I was hoping to give her a good Pokemon I no longer needed without any hassle but I suppose that will have to wait.
