Can't play the game anymore

i can't log in anymore, when i just came back from my last day of school i was going to play pokemon insurgence until when i was opening to my save file 3 it said it is incompatible. When i restarted my computer when i tried to download the launcher like always it said there was an error and i have been trying multiple times and still nothing, its been 3 days and still hasn't work. please fix this bug i haven't play this game for months because my charger died and i just buy a new one, i need this bug to be fixed i really like this game its one of the best games i ever played so please fix this :)
