First loss crash.

I was playing this game when on my loss VS whats his name (The guy rival) my game crashed. That was my first loss and so when i was on youtube watching a guy named Failboat playing he FINALLY lost for once and his game crashed and he lost alot of progress. So im now assuming that on anyones first loss one their first time installing this or on a new game their game WILL crash. Can you please clarify whether or not this is on a first loss or random? Also please fix this bug.

    Im also not sure whether or not its lke major or minor and i was too lazy to look up the word trivial. XD
