Map not appearing

Hello. I got my sister playing this game and it's working just fine, except her map is completely blank when she opens it up. I told her to press P to refresh the map, but that still didn't work and she has the most recent game. What can we do?

I have the same problem, the world map in my pokegear and the map in the poke center is blank - was wondering does someone have a solution?

I also have the same problem. The cities' names appear but not the map

I'm having the same problem, I looked around for a solution but nobody seems to have one, hoping suze or someone can help fix it soon :) fingers crossed. I got back into the game after about 6 months as I was working three jobs and now have the one full time one lol, but now I've no idea where anything is cuz there's no map ;(
