Pokemon Insurgence Launcher for Windows wouldn't launch

Yesterday evening I downloaded the Pokemon Insurgence launcher and it worked perfectly. Due to error on my part I needed to redownload the game from the launcher again. I tried doing so at least 3 times due to my internet connection not being the greatest at the time. I tried again this morning so I restarted my laptop and opened up the launcher again but then this message showed up

After a number of tries I deleted the file and downloaded the launcher from the main Pokemon Insurgence page again and the same problem appeared. I downloaded it a few more times and still nothing.

Please tell me what to do, I just really want to play this game
