I have found the same issue. I restarted my computer and I downloaded the game again, and nothing

I think I figured it out, but if you already have a save far in, you wont like this. you have to do this: (1)Go to this pc (2)Click on the C: drive (3)Click users (4)Choose your user (5)Click on games and click Pokémon Insurgence (6)Select every file, then copy and delete. Now reload the game. If it loads without save files, you are good. this is one solution to this problem, although I hope there is a better one.
