Main character visuals messed up

I posted earlier about the jumpsuit changing to a white shirt but now im starting to see way more issues with my character. The hair isnt lining up with the body correctly and you can see the grass through some of it, running makes her look kind of glitchy, and it just overall seems to have messed up the character and Im not sure what could have happened to it...

I have the running glitch too I thought a picture might help so I'm posting one I dont see it as being a huge issue but it does mess with my head a little since it looks so strange
