Player Model + After battle crashes

So, today and yesterday I have tried to start the game on a new character. twice now as I started playing the game would crash after failing a battle, Or my player Model would be absolutely ruined. Today, my player model didnt register that I had picked female, with brown hair, Instead it was the male player model with Purple hair, and the brown hair for the female model on top of it. A friend of mine also had a Model issue, He claimed it looked like it had no cloths on whatsoever.
