late death glitch

i am on a randomizer and my zekrom (called Thor) used thunder fang on a croagunk that was found on the southern most patch of grass acessable in the crossroads area without turning left or right from the entrance to vipik city. however when its HP reached 0 the croagunk still had time to use mud bomb and do a little super-effective damage on me. the reason i filed this is well, its a bug and the fact that is in there whos to say that it wont happen with the latest battle with taen on the dragon ruins and make me redo the entire battle again? i am really enjoying this game btw i hope that no-one is rude to you about i and those who do shall burn in the fires of justice. ouo from user HELLFIRE
