Egglocke, game crashes when replacing moves from community egg list pokemon

Everybody knows about the problem where the game crashes due to a missing /data/eggEmerald.dat but I have found that I can get further if I create that folder and file respectively (using a blank text file which I rename), and use the community egg list. However, after swapping out my starter for my first egg, I have to replace moves due to "already knowing 4 moves" (which shouldn't be correct).

As soon as I select any of these not-moves, it crashes: http://imgur.com/a/hkUc3 That error did not come from that specific pokemon (I think it came from a chespin called Juggernaut in the second box) but it seemed to be the same for Fred here.

I'm suspecting that the premade eggs are not completely correct data, because eggs usually have at least some blank moves to be filled before you have to delete anything. I have not yet tried generating my own eggs to test with this, because it seems I have to make them one at a time and cannot do it randomly which sounds like not fun.
