A unique kind of Anastasia Battle Crash

After losing to Anastasia for the first time in the Kepler Gym, the game crashed as the battle faded to black. Text was displayed stating that there was a script error and then the game asked if I wanted to save, (considering I didn't particularly know when the last time I saved was, I said yes). Now, every time I try to open the game, it starts me right as the Anastasia battle starts, and the very moment her Klefki appears, the game crashes.

Any known solutions to this? Progressing in the game would be nice...

EDIT: I just noticed one of the lines in the crash report as well as when the actual battle starts that all my pokemon are fainted, however I am forced into the Gym Battle.
