Land surfing in secret base

To reproduce:

• Go to secret base, Cyan Cavern type

• Place a teleporter on land

• Surf onto the water

• Place a teleporter on the water

• Go through the teleporter on the water

Glitched state can be easily fixed by moving back to water and off again; it will take you off the lapras. Can also be fixed by exiting the secret base. No lasting effects.
