Pokemon Insurgence crashes after blacking out

I get this message whenever blacking out "Script 'PokeBattle_ActualScene' line 2115: NoMethodError occured. undefined method 'clothes' for nil:NilClass" Im not speeding up some say thats a solution but its not working.
