Pokemon Insurgence Wild Double Battle

I am doing a Pokemon Insurgence randomizer nuzlocke, and walked into Telnor Cave. I ended up encountering a double battle with a Glaceon and a Trapinch, and both my Ralts and Bisharp were fainted in the same turn. It didn't allow me to switch to my only other Pokemon Sharpedo, but the two pokemon kept attacking even though there were no targets on my side.
