Stuck in Helios Sewers after getting Moletta Scroll

Hi, I went to the tiles to get the scroll, but after I got it, I wasn't able to leave that fan that sends you up to the tiles. I'm completely stuck in the sewers, not even able to surf on the green water which is how I got to it in the first place. Any ideas? Wasnt able to screen shot, sorry
