half-naked when starting game

One time when I started the game, the sprite was different, and the shirt was missing.

I think what caused this is that I sped through the intro, because that was the one thing that was different than any other time I started the game.

After doing some investigating into the issue, I learned that I apparently started the game without the jumpsuit equipped...any idea as to what could cause you to start the game like this and how it might have any corellation to how I started?

i have the same problem. its not a game breaking bug. :P
