Oranos Town -- Vaccination Lab Freezes

The issue I am encountering is that I entered the lab, was told I was the 100th customer, and then brought to the back where nothing happens. I cannot open backpack, use any favorites, or refresh map. The only things that I can do is increase speed and save my game (which I found out while trying to figure out the refresh map hotkey and now cannot attempt to run the event again :<).
