regular Trevenant sprite problem

I checked already and people is only talking about the delta Trevenant, but the regular grass/ghost Trevenant sprite is also bugged, when its in the first slot of your party it will crash the game if you encounter a battle, the sprite its not moving at all, totally frozen.

And when it crashed it asked me if I wanted to save, I said yes, and when I log back it crashed the second it started, wont even let me change the position of Trevenant.

I know I can just go to backup files and change the names, but I think its still a huge problem.
