Only first-slot Pokemon are accessable in each Friend Safari

(Keep in mind that the patch just came out and I don't know if this was fixed already or not, but I figured I'd post this anyway just to check, I also don't know if this was listed in the patch updates or not).

So, I recently purchased my base in my save file of 1.2, (now 1.2.1d), and I decided to check out my Friend Safari at the time. When I went to go and check out my safari, my ran around in the safari for a moment until I got my first Pokémon (it was a Sandshrew). Afterwards I went to go and find my second Pokémon, however I never did, I kept finding Sandshrews and nothing else. Soon afterwards I tried to go to another person's friend safari to catch a Shieldon (which was their second-slot Pokémon), however the only Pokémon that I could find was Corsola (their first-slot Pokémon). I've tired going to several other bases, and yet I would only find people's first slot Pokémon in their safari's. Now, I have no idea if this has something to do with my in-game progress (I only have one badge at the moment) or if it's simply a bug, but I hope that this can be fixed in the near future.
