Giratina Does not revert from Origin Form when removing Griseous Orb

Giratina, obtained in his Altered Form, went into his Origin Form when being equipped with his Griseous Orb. Upon removing it, however, he failed to revert to his Altered Form. Attached will be an image of the transformed Giratina itemless.
