[SPOILERS] Giratina Crash

Playing on a randomizer, reach Throne of the Hegemon, Fight Nyx, fine, but attempting Giratina results in the Crash image attached.
If possible, could anyone please verify that this crash isn't just to do with my game. This could be a major problem for anyone else playing a randomizer.

This really stinks, as the only way to fix this problem would be to start a new file and NOT do a randomizer
