Crash in Oranos Town 1.2.0

I was going through the vaccine scene inside the building where they take me to the back room. The game then froze right before walking through the door. I thought it was a bug, updated from 1.2.0 to 1.2.2 and tried to fix it. That didn't work, as now my character has no model and can't interact with anything. I tried loading a backup and losing a dexnav battle intentionally to send me to the center.

The pic is me in the center afterwards, with no model, and I can't leave through the door, I'll just run through the wall.
