Xerneas Location both in Holon and Torren(1.2.2)

This could be a bug but I don't know. But at the top of Holon Volcano there is a portal that leads to the Xerneas location. When I exit I end up in Torren and if I enter the Portal in Torren. It leads me to the same location.
