Taen battle crashes (with zygarde) 1.2.2

I beat Taen at the dragon ruins with Gael, and somehow left the ruins. I then came back, and had to battle taen again, after which my game crashed. The window and speed up and save keys were working fine, but zygarde was just standing there staring at zekrom for a while
