Error occured after long script reset while battlig a gym leader

I was battling Xavier and right after loosing the match I have a long script reset. The game asked me if I would like to save the game and I answered "yes", like the other times that these type of problem happened. The issue is that when I open the game again, it starts as ussual but I am just beggining the battle with Xavier. Is then, whileI´m throwing my pokeball out, when the game crasses and I get this message. :S
If anyone know how to solve this, i´ll be very grateful. Thanks!!!
If it helps, i have the 1.2 version of the game.
