Game freezes when after Zygarde beat Zekrom (1.2.3)

So I fought with Taen and beat him, then Zygarde goes perfect form and defeats Mewtwo and hits Zekrom, but then the game freezes, no error message of any kind.

    After defeating Taen but before fighting Zygarde I left the area to heal and swap pokemons.
