Game frozen; stuck in forest from autosave

After I finished the spider mission in Murk Forest where you have to defeat the Ariados, at the spot where I believe you get the Delta Beldum, my character froze, I couldn't open the menu, and the only things still working were the music and mist in Murk Forest. I also had autosave on so I got stuck and unable to SR. This was on my 2nd profile, I had all badges, was champion, defeated the Timeless, and caught a few legendaries. This was also in 1.2.2.
